“Innovation Lab” is a collaborative workspace giving our communities the opportunity to:

• explore revolutionary tools and technologies
• come together to share resources and knowledge,  
• Attract, retain, support and nurture entrepreneurs, scientists, engineers, inventors, tinkerers, artists and innovators (add sales, marketing, business development? – the skill sets that identify and validate opportunities and deliver $)
• Be part of a regional network of innovation labs leveraging differing capabilities, talent and budgets
• Start with current building(Civic Theatre) aim to grow into continuously improving green innovation space
• Future – Customizable configuration  – walls, power, network, furniture (Ex. https://www.dirtt.net/)
• Future – Sleeping accommodations – short term and even condos surrounding the tech Center that are available for purchase.
